Domaine Fond Cyprès
In the early 2000's, married couple, Laetitia and Rodolphe, purchased their 15 hectare vineyard in Escales in northern Corbières.
They work as naturally as possible, both in vineyard and cellar, their land has been certified organic since 2006.
Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and a mix of white varieties are planted on blue marl and lie in the shadow of the neighbouring forest. Fond Cyprès produce beautiful, elegant wines.
