Sylvain Bock
Sylvain Bock is based where many consider to be the heart of natural winemaking, in the small town of Alba-la-Romaine in Ardèche. Sylvain has been running his domaine since 2010, which was previously run by Gerald Oustric (Le Mazel).
His vineyards are mainly basalt and limestone and all are farmed organically. Sylvain is strongly committed to biodiversity which he sees as key to the wellbeing of the soil and vines and his lands teems with wild flowers and insect life.
