Domaine Le Roc
Domaine le Roc is a 38 hectares farm situated between the Garonne and the Tarn at the heart of Fronton.
Family run by Jean Luc took over the family property in 1981, he was joined by Frédéric and Cathy in 1988 and then by Pierre in 1995. Now, Anne and Grégoire are slowly taking over the winery. They produce wines with strong character including “Negrette”, the grape variety that has become their emblem.
The winery converted to fully organic three years ago. Jean Luc is a pioneer in the way he uses grass. All the vines have been under grass since 1981 and in the winter there are sheep grazing on the land.
