Judith Beck
Winery Judith Beck is a 15 hectare estate in Gols in Austria’s Burgenland which has been farming biodynamically since 2007. Judith Beck aims to respect the environment and produce the best quality grapes, using traditional Austrian varieties, such as, Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent, Weissburgunder and Chardonnay.
Judith employs natural wine making methods in the winery too, with only natural yeasts being used along with minimal sulphur and no fining or filtration.
