Elgin Ridge 282 Sauvignon Blanc 2018 - Libation Wine
Elgin Ridge 282 Sauvignon Blanc 2018 - Libation Wine
The Elgin Ridge x Duck Collaboration you never knew you needed...
A hardworking team of animals assist in the production of this fair wine. The rows between the vines are ploughed by horse whilst the pest control is carried out by ducks!
The appetites of Elgin's Peking ducks and chickens keep snails and bugs at a minimum. Farm vegetation is recycled and they make their own compost from their herd of Dexter cattle ensuring that the vines are truly natural.
The result is a very dry Sauvignon with sweet apricot and peach aromas with classic fresh minerality, pale yellow colour, crisp, clean and fresh, with fantastic minerality.
Oh, and before we forget... It's 282 because that's the altitude above sea level the vines are planted.

Boring bits T&Cs - The very nature of natural wine being small batch, means the stock inventory can be limited for particular vintages. This can impact pack orders, therefore at libation.london we will replace any bottle with a bottle of equal if not greater value. We endeavour to let our customers know of any inventory updates. Any further questions please contact our customer service.
