Savoury, Crisp with Light Tannins
Unlike most rosés that you're likely to have tried. Savoury notes and a long-lasting acidity characterise this deep pink Rosato. Here the extraordinary soil diversity is reflected in the luminosity of Rosato di Ampeleia. A curvy body is beautifully balanced by low alcohol content and light tannins. Served chilled but not too cold, this wine is ideal for an apéritif or to start a lovely meal on a light note.
Vinification: Direct-press / wholecluster fermentation / maceration 5 days / ageing 6 months in concrete tanks / certified biodynamic.
