The Crimson King
This vintage is evocative as ever with it's deep crimson in colour, persistent raspberry-colour froth and the taste of soft brown-sugar.
Semi-Sparkling with Strawberry pulp aroma. Robust, serious, earthy chewy-cherry fruit and a quite intense plum-skin grip. Mouth filling and well-textured, there is plenty of racy raspberry acidity and lovely balance.
Low Yield for Higher Quality - All round: quite an emotional experience.
